Six years ago, I left a lucrative career as a sales professional in the IT Industry and began Pilates Certification and Coach Training.  After beginning my own business “The Essential Path” and finding a great home as an instructor at a local Movement Studio, I began seeking out a spiritual path to fulfillment.  This path has taken me to Gyrotonic as a movement discpline I love teaching and to HeartMath as a way to share with my clients a path to self-understanding.
